Joes Road Fishery
We know the weed has got out of control again and are actively doing something about it. However the fish are thriving very well within it and the natural food it brings is fantastic for fish growth and small fish survival.
Our bailiffs have been asking for help, and if they had enough to get together at one time, would have done so already. However help is sporadic so we now have a hit hard approach for next weekend.
We will be working on the water from Thursday evening on the 13th June until Saturday 15th June at around mid day. The water will be closed for this period.
Bailiffs will be in attendance night and day to do works.
We have a small team organised with equipment to do both weed removal and after care for the water.
